Face to Face: Arianna Huffington and Paulo Coelho

For five days every year, world leaders and decision makers descend on Davos, Switzerland for the World Economic Forum where they address the biggest questions facing the global economy.

This year, CNBC teamed up with Facebook to bring some of the smartest minds at Davos into News Feed to answer your questions. As part of our "Face to Face" video series, we're featuring conversations with a wide range of influential leaders and thinkers who might not otherwise share the same stage.

In the first of our series, we snagged a coffee date with Arianna Huffington, one of the most influential women in media, and award-winning author Paulo Coelho. Coelho is best known for his novel, "The Alchemist," which has sold 165 million copies worldwide and has been translated into 80 languages.

5 things we learned over coffee:

1. Arianna's favorite thing to do.

2. How many weeks it takes Paulo to write a book.

3. Arianna's take on deal speculation surrounding AOL.

4. What kind of meditation Paulo practices (it's like sex, apparently).

5. What they both can't live without.
