Donald Trump said Wednesday night he would not "apologize" for filing for bankruptcy on a few of his companies in the past, because it is legal.
"I've done it four times out of hundreds, and I'm glad I did it. I used the laws of the country to my benefit. I'm sorry," he said at the Republican debate.
He did call what happened in Atlantic City, New Jersey — referring to most of the casinos going out of business — "disgraceful."
