Hartford Financial Services Group – The insurer posted a fourth-quarter profit versus a loss for the year-earlier period. Its shares climbed in after-hours trade.
Yum Brands – The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of 86 cents a share, excluding items, on $4.18 billion in revenue, versus estimates of EPS of 80 cents on $4.26 billion in sales. Its shares climbed in after-hours trading.
Edwards Lifesciences – The medical device maker said fourth-quarter net earnings were down from a year earlier. Its shares fell nearly 5 percent in after-hours trading.
Hologic – Shares jumped after the maker of provider of medical diagnostics reported quarterly results.
Take-Two Interactive Software – The video-game publisher reported non-GAAP net third-quarter revenue of $767.7 million, surpassing the $704.4 million estimated by analysts.
